Whenever we go for a performance or a movie, it feels like stepping back in time to when theatres were small, everyone could see no matter where you are sitting, when it didn't matter how much space you have to stretch out or how much of a barrier between your seat and the next seat with someone you don't know sitting there. Great venue. Newly updated so everything looks clean and fresh. My wife and I saw Pirates of Penzance and it was fabulous. Great bathrooms. Easily wheelchair accessible. Concessions stand was great. I will definitely come again.

The Orpheum Theatre kindly took in a group of young migrant children for a tour. The Theatre itself is an historical beauty. I will definitely return for a show, but beyond that, the manager was congenial and helpful, responding well to the kids. He turned what could have been a disastrous performance into an encore.
